Redmi Note 13 Pro and Poco X6 5G HyperOS 3 Update Details
An update based on HyperOS 3 has recently started rolling out for the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. However, this update appears to be available in two slightly different versions for the Global and Indian variants. Update version 3.0.4.0 (global) has been made available for Global users, whereas version number 3.0.1.0 (Indian) is available for Indian users. This means that whether you are using the Global or Indian variant, you will receive the update; however, the rollout timeline may differ.

The Poco X6 5G is essentially a rebranded version of the Note 13 Pro, and a similar update has been observed for this device as well. The version number for the update currently rolling out to both devices is 3.0.1.0.WNRINXM. The file size is approximately 5.7 GB, though this may vary slightly depending on the specific device hardware. Since this is a major update, it is highly recommended that you create a full backup of your device before installing it. Additionally, it is advisable to use a Wi-Fi connection to download the update.
HyperOS 3 Features
After installing the update, you will notice improvements to the Xiaomi “HyperIsland” feature, which will now support a wider range of app notifications. This update has recently been released for two specific regions: Global and India. While there may be a slight delay in receiving the update. It will eventually be rolled out to everyone by Wave wise. Following the update, you may temporarily experience issues such as battery overheating or device lag for a few days.
